Mountain bike Olympic champion Sabine Spitz
Sabine Spitz is to be envied: she is extremely successful, looks good and has a great figure. Her sporting career began in 1995. “My husband was an avid mountain biker who even raced. That aroused my ambition. I also wanted to ride a bike and take part in a real race right away. The latter might not have been such a good idea: I finished last. But giving up was not an option for me. It was the right decision, as my later successes prove. I am particularly proud of the gold medal at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008. At the Olympic Games in London 2012 I made it back onto the podium with second place. For small injuries and for regeneration after training, I trust the healing power of arnica. Although sport is a big part of my life, I have other hobbies: I read a lot, I like listening to music and our friends think I’m a very passable cake maker.”
Susanne Braun, owner of a travel agency in Hamburg
The business woman takes great care of her health. “Travelling is my passion, so I turned my hobby into a job. Since then, of course, I can’t be on the road as often myself, but I help others to have a dream holiday. This also includes negotiating special customer requests on the phone with hotels or event agencies on the other side of the world. Depending on the time difference, my alarm clock sometimes rings in the middle of the night. If this happens a few times in a row, I sometimes have trouble sleeping through the following nights. But ever since my pharmacist recommended the homeopathic remedy Coffea, I’ve been sleeping like logs again.”
