Weight loss recipe for delicious zucchini lasagna

Lasagna is one of the most popular pasta dishes. But thanks to the wheat noodles, a creamy béchamel sauce and a good portion of cheese, the dish quickly becomes a powerful calorie bomb. Our weight loss recipe for zucchini lasagne shows how it can be done much easier, but not a little tastier.

Low Carb Zucchini-Lasagne

Do you love lasagna, but eat low carb or are you on a diet? Then you should definitely try our delicious zucchini lasagne. Instead of lasagne sheets we use low-calorie zucchini and instead of a powerful béchamel sauce we use ricotta.

ingredients

for 4 servings
  • 800 g courgettes (green and yellow as you like)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 1 Dose Pizza (400 g)
  • salt, pepper, sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Ricotta
  • 2 packs of mozzarella (250 g)
  • fat for the shape
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan

preparation

  1. Clean, wash and slice the courgettes lengthways. Fry the slices in a grill pan in a little olive oil in batches on both sides, season with salt and remove.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut finely and sauté in about 1 teaspoon olive oil. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until crumbly. Add the tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the eggs with the ricotta and cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Layer the zucchini slices, tomato-minced meat sauce, ricotta and mozzarella alternately in a greased ovenproof dish, finish with a layer of zucchini slices, sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake in the hot oven for approx. 30 minutes
