Vitamin A

Vitamin C

This substance makes it possible for iron to bind to the red blood cells and be transported further. As a result, this important hair component reaches the hair roots. Vitamin C also strengthens the cells in the hair shaft. Peppers, kiwi and broccoli, for example, provide a particularly large amount of theTolfioow substance.

Requirements

Magnesium

Vitamin B

The trace element primarily improves the hair structure and counteracts thin hair. Legumes, whole grain products and cocoa contain a lot of copper.

protein

Our hair consists of keratin, which is largely made up of proteins. That’s why dairy products, organic eggs, meat and fish make a good addition to the menu. Vegetable sources of protein: whole grains, potatoes or legumes.

Zink

Split ends can be a deficiency. Zinc also protects the hair roots from inflammation. Cheese and oatmeal have a high content. In addition, special preparations help (e.g. “Doppelherz Zinc + Histidine DEPOT”, available in drugstores).

Silicon

The mineral silicon from silicic acid strengthens the hair structure and gives it more volume. Excellent sources: millet, oats and barley. Taking it as a balm or gel capsules (e.g. “Original Silicea”, in drugstores and health food stores) is particularly practical.
