tiptoe

  1. Raise your arms and stand on tiptoe.

  2. Repeat the exercise daily as you wish.

  1. Stand up straight and rock from heel to toe and back again.

  1. Sit on a mat with your feet resting on the floor.
  2. Raise your toes and lower them back to the starting position.
  3. Alternately bend and stretch your toes.
  4. Repeat this exercise up to ten times.

squat

  1. Stand upright on a mat and start doing big lunges.
  2. Try to get your body down as far as you can.
  3. Keep your back straight, your arms straight down.
  4. The legs must not touch the ground. The upper body must not protrude beyond the knees.
  5. Then switch legs and repeat the exercise up to ten times.

very elevator

  1. Raise your heels from a standing position and lower them again.
  2. Repeat the exercise ten times.

to climb the stairs

  1. Stand upright in front of a stepper or staircase and alternately place your left and right foot on it.
  2. Depending on how confident you feel, you can pick up small weights.
  3. Repeat this exercise ten times.
