Do you love pancakes? Then our recipe for vegan pear and oatmeal pancakes is just right for you. Instead of flour, we use oatmeal, which is not only very healthy and nutritious, but also keeps you full for a long time. Pear and banana are also added to the dough, giving the whole thing a fruity note. The pancakes are topped with delicious berries.

ingredients

for 4 servings
  • 1 pear
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 150 g tender whole grain oat flakes
  • 250 ml Mandel drink
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 THE Agavendicksaft
  • Approx. 250 g berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Also: agave syrup for drizzling

preparation

  1. For the pancake batter, wash and grate the pear. Mash the banana finely with a fork. Puree the oat flakes, almond drink, baking powder, pear, banana and agave syrup and leave to soak for approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Wash the berries and pat dry. Heat some oil in a pan not too high (!). Put the batter in portions with a spoon into the pan (caution: the batter is very soft) and bake until golden brown pancakes. Be careful when turning! Arrange the pancakes with the berries on plates and serve drizzled with agave syrup.
