Recipe for vanilla quark with roasted oats and kiwi
Our vanilla quark with roasted oats and kiwi is the ideal breakfast that will keep you full for longer thanks to the protein and fibre. The blueberries and the kiwi provide the extra portion of vitamins – fruits that contain little fructose. A tip for all late risers: If you don’t have much time in the morning, you can prepare the quark and roast the oatmeal and nuts the night before.

- 100 grams of walnuts
- 200 grams of rolled oats
- 200 grams of blueberries
- 4 Kiwis
- 500 g quark (lean)
- 300 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp ground vanilla
preparation
- Roughly chop the walnuts. Roast the nuts and rolled oats in a coated pan without fat over medium heat until golden brown. Sort the blueberries, wash and pat dry. Peel the kiwi, quarter lengthwise and cut crosswise into pieces. Mix the quark, yoghurt, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Divide the quark between muesli bowls. Top with the roasted nuts and rolled oats, garnish with the fruit and serve.
