Tips to prevent back pain in the home office

Keep moving

In order to relieve the muscles, you should try to keep moving even when you are sitting. Roll your shoulders in between and change your sitting position regularly. Get up every hour and walk a few steps. A walk during the lunch break is also helpful. If you have an exercise ball at home, you can exchange it for the desk chair for a short time.

Set up a permanent workplace

To prevent back pain, it is better not to slouch on the sofa with your laptop. If you do not have a desk chair and desk, you should at least work at a table and sit upright. Be sure to set up a permanent workplace, as this will help you switch to office mode at home.
