  1. Intimate shaving If you don’t shave
    or trim your pubic hair, you sweat more in your intimate area – hair promotes perspiration. In addition, bacteria can settle in the pubic hair and cause an unpleasant odor there. For people who sweat a lot in the intimate area in summer or when exercising, intimate shaving is a good idea. If you don’t want to shave completely, trimming your hair can help.
  2. Correct sitting position
    The wrong sitting position can also cause us to sweat more in the intimate area. This tip is especially important for those who have a sedentary job. Avoid crossing your legs when sitting, as the sweat between the legs cannot evaporate in this position. So make sure that there is always enough air in your crotch. 
  3. Breathable underwear
    Airy dresses, wide pants and tops – in summer we dress differently than usual. We should also take this into account when it comes to our clothes. Make sure you wear cotton underwear as it is breathable. On the other hand, less air-permeable fabrics such as polyester should be avoided.
  4. Sage tea
    Perhaps one or the other has heard of sage tea as a home remedy for heavy sweating  – the tea is a tried and tested remedy with an antiperspirant effect. And not only can it be drunk, it also helps with external use. If you wash your private parts with cooled sage tea or dab it with it before going to bed, you sweat less and fight bacteria that cause unpleasant odors.
  5. Do without greasy creams
    If you like to apply greasy creams after showering, you should use alternatives that don’t encourage sweating, at least in summer. Here, for example, creams with aloe vera, which has a cooling effect, are suitable.
