- Rinse half a lime, pat dry and use a vegetable peeler to peel off the zest in a spiral pattern
- Add 2/3 of the peel to the mint and pour in the boiling cardamom stock.
- Let the tea steep for about 5-7 minutes.
Dandelion Root Detox Tea
Ingredients:

- 1 tea bag of dandelion root
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pure cranberry juice (no sugar)

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Tea
You should always drink the tea before your meals.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup of water
Preparation:
- Bring the water to a boil and let it cool down a bit before adding the other ingredients.
- Stir in a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey.
- Now add about a teaspoon of lemon juice.
