ingredients

  • 110 g blossom-tender oat flakes (gluten-free)
  • 65 g almond kernels (with shell)
  • 35 g Pekannusskerne
  • 6 tsp coconut oil (melted) plus 1-2 tsp for the mold
  • 100 g soft dates (roughly chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup for the base, 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup for the topping
  • 200 ml coconut milk (can)
  • 400 g white chocolate (chopped)
  • 250 grams of strawberries
  • Mint or edible flowers as desired

preparation

  1. Grease a narrow, rectangular tart pan with a lifting base (approx. 35 x 11 cm) with coconut oil.
  2. Roughly chop the rolled oats, almonds and pecans in the electric food processor. Add coconut oil, dates and maple syrup and chop everything finely. Distribute the mass in the mold and press together towards the bottom, pulling up at the edge. Refrigerate.
  3. For the topping, heat the coconut milk in a saucepan and remove from the stove. Melt the white chocolate in the coconut milk while stirring, leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir in the maple syrup.
  4. Take the form out of the fridge and spread the chocolate mixture over it. min. Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Wash, trim and dice strawberries. Spread on the tart. Serve the tart with mint leaves or edible flowers, if desired.
