apple semolina

FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 150 ml skim milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, ground
  • 30 g wheat semolina
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 small Apple
  • 10 grams of almonds

1. Boil milk with 100 ml water and cinnamon in a saucepan. Stir in the semolina and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in 1 tbsp honey and allow to cool slightly.

2. Wash, core and dice the apple. Steam with the rest of the honey and 2 tablespoons of water in the saucepan for about 4 minutes. chop almonds Fill bowls with apple and semolina.

Muesli fruit sticks

FOR 20 PIECES

  • 200 g dried fruit (e.g. apricots, sour cherries, figs)
  • 100 g Cashewnüsse
  • 40 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g pithy oat flakes
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 grams of honey
  • 100 grams of brown sugar

1. Cut dried fruit into small cubes. Chop nuts and pumpkin seeds. Mix with oatmeal. Melt butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, simmer gently for about 5 minutes.

2. Stir in the fruit and nut mixture. Leave to soak for a few minutes. Spread mixture on aluminum foil. Cover with foil and roll out with a rolling pin to about 1/2 cm thick. Let cool and cut into strips. The muesli sticks keep airtight or wrapped in foil for about 1 week.

Elderberry drink

FOR 1 PERSON

  • 150 ml elderberry juice
  • 1 piece of cinnamon
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 100 ml low-fat milk

1. Heat elderberry juice with cinnamon and mace. leave something. Mix well with honey and milk. Pour into a glass and serve warm.

Plum curd pancakes

FOR 4 PEOPLE

  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 50 ml skim milk
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 30 grams of wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 300 grams of plums
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil

1. Whisk cottage cheese with milk and eggs. Mix with wheat flour, cinnamon and 1 tbsp sugar to form a dough. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

2. Wash the plums, stone them, cut them into wedges, steam them in a saucepan with the rest of the sugar and 50 ml water for about 10 minutes.

Per Person 200 kcal Fat: 5 g approx. 20 minutes

3. Heat oil in a pan. Bake four small pancakes from the dough. Serve with the plums.
