- 750g sweet potatoes
- 1 piece (1-2 cm) ginger
- 400 g frozen sugar snap peas
- 500 g Zanderfilet
- 4 EL Sesame
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 EL Butter
- 2 tsp honey
- salt
- pepper from the grinder
preparation
- Peel sweet potatoes and ginger. Cook in a little water for about 15 minutes. Cook sugar snap peas in a little water for about 10 minutes.
- Rinse the fish, pat dry, toss in sesame seeds. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the fish for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Mash potatoes and ginger with butter and honey, then season. Drain sugar snap peas. Serve the puree with fish and sugar snap peas.
