  • 750g sweet potatoes
  • 1 piece (1-2 cm) ginger
  • 400 g frozen sugar snap peas
  • 500 g Zanderfilet
  • 4 EL Sesame
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • salt
  • pepper from the grinder

preparation

  1. Peel sweet potatoes and ginger. Cook in a little water for about 15 minutes. Cook sugar snap peas in a little water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse the fish, pat dry, toss in sesame seeds. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the fish for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Mash potatoes and ginger with butter and honey, then season. Drain sugar snap peas. Serve the puree with fish and sugar snap peas.
