Tips on the recipe for delicious chocolate mousse
Chocolate types from about 60 percent contain no milk and are therefore vegan. Our Christmas recipe can also be wonderfully modified and further refined. For example, you can add delicious almonds or nuts or top the mousse with fresh berries. Homemade fruit sauces are also delicious.
Surprisingly, there is disagreement in the vegan community as to whether figs are to be considered vegan foods at all. For its ripening process, the edible fig needs the pollen that the fig wasp carries into the fruit. However, the fig wasp dies and is completely resorbed. Types of figs that ripen without fig wasps include Negronne, Dalmatie, Brown Turkey or Valle Negra.
