Ingredients for delicious chocolate mousse

for 4 servings
  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 4 THE Rohrohrzucker
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 EL Coconut
  • 1 fig
  • fresh mint

Preparation of the delicious chocolate mousse

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate and place in a bowl.
  2. Heat coconut milk, sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Just before the coconut milk begins to boil, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the milk over the chocolate, waiting 5 minutes.
  3. Melt coconut oil and coconut butter in a water bath, then stir into the chocolate cream. Pour into dessert glasses, cover and chill for at least 2 hours .
  4. Wash the figs, pat dry and quarter. To serve, garnish the mousse with figs and mint.
