If our body lacks certain minerals in the cells, special mineral salts restore the correct ratio – and set impulses for healing.
Mineral salts are found in every cell in the body and control important processes, e.g. B. the metabolism. after dr Wilhelm Heinrich Schüßler (1821-1898), illnesses arise when the mineral balance is out of balance. The homeopathic doctor from Oldenburg defined 12 biochemical mineral salts. These Schuessler salts stimulate the body to better absorb and distribute the minerals in the cells – and thus to recover: a help for self-help. To get it to its place of action, the mineral salt is diluted in several stages – how often is indicated by the identifier after the name. “D” represents a 1:10 ratio. “D6” means that the starting substance has been diluted tenfold six times. The standard potency D6 applies to self-treatment. Exception: At theSalts No. 1 , 3 and 11 Schuessler used the potency 12X. The tablets (e.g. from DHU, in pharmacies) should dissolve slowly in the mouth because the body absorbs them best through the oral mucosa. In addition, the salts can also be applied to the skin as an ointment or lotion.

Bach flowers
The hardships of everyday life, grief or fears hit the mind and the body. With special flower essences, the soul gently finds its way back to harmony.
Every physical illness is based on a mental imbalance – the English doctor and homeopath Dr. Edward Bach (1886–1936) convinced. He saw loneliness, fear, insecurity, lack of interest, hypersensitivity, discouragement and concern for others as the most common trigger groups that can express themselves in numerous symptoms. He assigned a corresponding essence to each negative state of mind – he came up with a total of 38. They are still made today from wild blossoms of flowers and trees with pure spring water and filled individually into small bottles. The Bach flower essences taken as drops gently help to harmonize well-being. They have a balancing effect on the soul. This is expressly not a herbal remedy. Rather, the Bach flowers work on an energetic level. In other words, it is not the herbal active ingredients, but the information from the flowers that bring about the improvement – without side effects or interactions. The best known are probably the Rescue Remedy drops. The finished flower mixture (e.g. from Nelsons, in pharmacies) has a calming effect, for example in the case of exam and flying fears or anxiety caused by heart problems.
