Rejuvenating skin care

Care products are the most important basis for a young and youthful complexion. Here you can find out which products support your skin particularly well.

Serums work faster

Serums and ampoules have a higher concentration of active ingredients than creams and penetrate the skin more quickly . Tightening wake-up effects bring e.g. B. Polypeptides and vitamin C (in product #3) or stimulating horse chestnut extract (#1). Apply under the usual care with gentle drumming movements of the fingertips.

Eye pads pad up

Special eye care pads with an extra portion of moisturizing and decongestant active ingredients achieve rapid “development”. They consist of a thin fleece or silicone material and are stuck to the delicate skin under the eyes for around 15 minutes. The air-tight occlusive effect (similar to a face mask) allows the active ingredients to penetrate the skin particularly well (e.g. “Stress Relief Eye Mask” from Estée Lauder, “Patch Gel Liftant” from La Biosthetique*).

For more luminosity

No wonder: Over the years, cell division becomes more sluggish, loose dead skin cells then lie like a gray veil over the complexion. Peelings help, but they also irritate the thinning skin that is prone to couperose . Enzyme peelings (No. 5), which biochemically remove old dead skin cells, work completely without rubbing grains and are therefore gentler. Important: spread in your hand with cold water, warm water destroys the sensitive enzymes. Then apply to cleansed, damp face and massage in gently for one minute. Rinse off very thoroughly with plenty of warm water, otherwise the enzyme residues will continue to have an effect on the skin and can irritate it. Also recommended: multi-talented creams that bring more luminosity in one go, refine the pores and smooth out wrinkles at the same time (No. 6).

Lightning massage against wrinkles around the eyes

Rub a mini dab of anti-wrinkle eye cream (#2) between your index fingertips. Place fingers on the left and right of the bridge of the nose and gently stroke under the eyebrows to the outer corners of the eyes. Under the eyes back to the inner corner of the eye. 5 to 8 times.

Three tips for a beautiful mouth

Firmer: Form an open V with the index and middle finger of your right hand and place its tip horizontally on the left corner of your mouth. Then, with light pressure, stroke the two fingers above (index finger) and below (middle finger) the lips horizontally to the right corner of the mouth. Switch hands and repeat from right to left. 3 times per side.

Softer: Treat the lip skin to a gentle scrub with a soft toothbrush. Then apply a dab of honey, leave on for 20 minutes and lick off. Rub Shea Butter Balm (No. 4) on it – and enjoy ultra-soft lips.

More voluminous: This also works without injections. “Lip-Plumper” work with tiny collagen balls that puff up to up to 50 times their size when they come into contact with skin moisture (e.g. “Lip Fusion XL” from Fusion Beauty, at Douglas).
