  • 250 g smoked trout fillet
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper from the grinder
  • 2 Chicory
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

preparation

  1. Finely dice the fillets. Rinse parsley, chop. Peel shallot, chop. Combine the shallot, lemon juice, oil and sour cream, season. Mix in the fish and parsley.
