- 250 g smoked trout fillet
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- salt
- pepper from the grinder
- 2 Chicory
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
preparation
- Finely dice the fillets. Rinse parsley, chop. Peel shallot, chop. Combine the shallot, lemon juice, oil and sour cream, season. Mix in the fish and parsley.
- Clean and wash the chicory, remove the leaves. Arrange leaves on a large plate and fill with tartare. Roast the pine nuts without fat, sprinkle on top.
