Recipe for porridge with oat bran, coconut and fruits
For a healthy start to the day, delicious oatmeal is the best choice. If you also use oat bran to prepare your oatmeal, you increase the nutritional value of the breakfast many times over. Here is our recipe for a breakfast with oat bran that will keep you full for a long time and is guaranteed to taste delicious.

- 400 g coconut milk
- 100 grams of rolled oats
- 100 g Haferkleie
- 400 grams of raspberries
- 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 TL Coconut grater
preparation
- Boil the coconut milk and stir in the oatmeal. Rinse the raspberries carefully if necessary, pat dry. Set some aside for the garnish, add the rest to the rolled oats and heat, stirring, for approx. 3 minutes. Pull the pot aside and let it rest for 3 minutes. Divide the berry porridge among bowls. Mix the yoghurt with honey and grated coconut and pour over the porridge.
