  • 100 g pithy oat flakes
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tablespoons whole almonds
  • cinammon

preparation

  1. Bring the pithy oat flakes to the boil in a saucepan with the milk and simmer for about five minutes while stirring. add honey.
  2. Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
  3. Divide the porridge into bowls. Garnish with apple slices and almonds. Finally, sprinkle cinnamon over the finished porridge.

Recipe Tips

If you are vegan or do not drink cow’s milk, you can use a plant-based alternative such as soy or oat milk. You can also replace the honey with agave syrup.
