Recipe for porridge with apples, almonds and cinnamon
If you enjoy a delicious porridge for breakfast in the morning, you will be supplied with valuable minerals such as iron and calcium, vitamins, fiber and protein. To refine our porridge, we choose fresh apples, crunchy almonds and a good pinch of cinnamon!

- 100 g pithy oat flakes
- 200ml milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small apple
- 2 tablespoons whole almonds

preparation
- Bring the pithy oat flakes to the boil in a saucepan with the milk and simmer for about five minutes while stirring. add honey.
- Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
- Divide the porridge into bowls. Garnish with apple slices and almonds. Finally, sprinkle cinnamon over the finished porridge.
Recipe Tips
If you are vegan or do not drink cow’s milk, you can use a plant-based alternative such as soy or oat milk. You can also replace the honey with agave syrup.
