Our delicious porridge not only tastes good, it also provides you with many important vitamins and minerals that support your immune system in autumn. Fruit, for example, is rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals in the body, and oatmeal provides you with zinc, which is involved in activating immune cells.

for 4 servings
- 3/4 l milk (1.5% fat)
- salt
- 150 g fine oat flakes
- 4 THE Joghurt
- 400 g fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, peaches, apricots)
- 4 EL Maracujasaft
- 2 THE Agavendicksaft
preparation
- Mix the milk with a pinch of salt in a saucepan, add the rolled oats and slowly bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat until thick. Remove from the heat, stir in the yoghurt and divide the porridge into 4 twist-off or swing-top glasses and allow to cool.
- Depending on the variety, clean and wash or peel the fruit and core or stone it if necessary. Cut into bite-sized pieces or wedges and spread on the porridge.
- Mix passion fruit juice and agave syrup, pack separately. Drizzle over the fruit to serve.
Recipe Tips
Vegans can use plant-based milk and plant-based yoghurt instead of cow’s milk and yoghurt.
