- 150 g natural yoghurt
- 40 grams of rolled oats
- a handful of nuts, e.g. e.g. walnuts
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 medium orange
- 1 handful of raspberries
preparation
- Squeeze the orange and let the oats soak in the juice in the fridge overnight.
- Then wash the fruits in the morning and cut them into small pieces.
- Mix the oatmeal with the fruit and the remaining ingredients. Finished!
