The quark balls contain little sugar and a lot of quark, which is rich in important nutrients. Among other things, it is a wonderful source of protein and contains calcium, which is important for bones. On top of that, the balls are of course also delicious. - 10 grams of sugar
- 80 g coconut flour
- 175 g Quark
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 40 g protein powder
- 100ml oil
preparation
- Mix the eggs, coconut flour, quark, baking powder and egg white powder to form a smooth batter.
- Form small balls out of the dough with your hands. Wet your hands beforehand so the dough doesn’t stick.
- Put oil in a saucepan and heat. Once the oil is hot enough, drop the balls into the oil and fry.
- If necessary, roll the finished, still warm balls in sugar. Finished!
