  • 10 grams of sugar
  • 80 g coconut flour
  • 175 g Quark
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 40 g protein powder
  • 100ml oil

preparation

  1. Mix the eggs, coconut flour, quark, baking powder and egg white powder to form a smooth batter.
  2. Form small balls out of the dough with your hands. Wet your hands beforehand so the dough doesn’t stick.
  3. Put oil in a saucepan and heat. Once the oil is hot enough, drop the balls into the oil and fry.
  4. If necessary, roll the finished, still warm balls in sugar. Finished!
