Sweet treat for the Easter days
Delicious pastries are simply part of the Easter holidays. And even if you’re watching your figure right now, you don’t have to do without it. Our Easter confectionery tastes excellent and is also low carb. So you can enjoy without having to have a bad conscience!

- 1 Orange (Organic)
- 100 g slivered almonds
- 7 wholemeal slices of rusk
- 2 EL Cocoa powder
- 2 EL Kokosraspeln
- 450 g dried fruit (of your choice)
preparation
- Wash the orange and finely grate the zest with a grater. Squeeze whole orange.
- Put the rusks in a bowl and use a cup to chop them up into small crumbs.
- Chop the almonds and dried fruit into small pieces. Put the rusks, almonds, 5 tbsp orange zest, orange juice and dried fruit in a bowl. Knead everything well.
- Form small Easter eggs out of the dough with your hands and then roll them in cocoa or coconut flakes. Finished!
