Sweet treat for the Easter days

  • 1 Orange (Organic)
  • 100 g slivered almonds
  • 7 wholemeal slices of rusk
  • 2 EL Cocoa powder
  • 2 EL Kokosraspeln
  • 450 g dried fruit (of your choice)

preparation

  1. Wash the orange and finely grate the zest with a grater. Squeeze whole orange.
  2. Put the rusks in a bowl and use a cup to chop them up into small crumbs.
  3. Chop the almonds and dried fruit into small pieces. Put the rusks, almonds, 5 tbsp orange zest, orange juice and dried fruit in a bowl. Knead everything well.
  4. Form small Easter eggs out of the dough with your hands and then roll them in cocoa or coconut flakes. Finished!
