ingredients

for 12 servings
  • 1 apple (diced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g light almond butter
  • 50g melted butter
  • 250 g Dinkelmehl (Type 630)
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 130ml milk

preparation

  1. Mix the apple with lemon juice.
  2. Mix together the sugar and eggs and fold in the almond butter, butter, flour, baking powder, milk and apple.
  3. Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
