- 200 g raspberries (frozen)
- 150 g almond butter
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- grated zest of 1⁄2 organic orange
- 500 ml cold milk (1.5% fat)
preparation
- Let the raspberries thaw slightly.
- Put all the ingredients in a tall mug and puree the mixture with a hand blender for about 2 minutes until creamy. Then drink the smoothie fresh!
