- 2 Eggs
- 350 ml almond milk
- 60 g coconut oil
- 120 g blue poppy seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 230 g almond flour
- 30 g ground almonds
- 100 g Butter
- 170 grams of sugar
- 1/2 packet of dry yeast
preparation
- For the filling , heat 250 ml almond milk, 30 g coconut oil and 50 g sugar in a saucepan. Once boiling, add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, the blue poppy seeds, and the ground almonds. Boil everything again.
- Remove the mixture from the stovetop and let it cool down. When the mixture is cold, add an egg and mix again.
- For the dough: Heat 30 g coconut oil and 100 g almond milk in a saucepan. Add the yeast and a small pinch of sugar and stir vigorously. Add the remaining egg, 150 g almond flour and 40 g sugar and mix well again.
- Let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Then put the dough in a mold and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- For the crumble: Knead 80 g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 80 g almond flour and 100 g butter with your hands until crumbled.
- Take the dough out of the oven. First spread the poppy seed filling on top and then the prepared crumbles. Now bake for about 35 minutes at 160°. Finished!
