- 200 g wholemeal pasta
- 60 g arugula
- 1 TL Basilikum-Pesto
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 Mozzarella
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 6 dried tomatoes
- some pepper and basil
preparation
- Mix the olive oil with the pesto and the pepper while the pasta is already cooking in the pot.
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces and fry them.
- Wash, dry and roughly chop the basil and rocket, dice the sun-dried tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
- Then mix all the ingredients together and pour the dressing over it.
