ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pitted and peeled avocado
- 1 THE Mandelmus
- 2 tbsp sesame butter (available in all health food stores)
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (plain)
- 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
- Chillipulver
- some sea salt and pepper
preparation
- Mix all the ingredients with the hand blender until creamy.
- Pour the dip into a container and let it sit in the fridge for about an hour.
- Tastes great with boiled potatoes and vegetables.
