An Easter wreath is simply part of Easter! Do you eat vegan? No problem! Baking vegan has never been so easy and delicious as with our recipe for a delicious Easter wreath. It tastes especially good with jam.

ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 250 ml lukewarm soy milk
- 70 grams of cane sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g Margarine
- jam for glazing
preparation
- Mix flour, yeast, soy milk, cane sugar and salt and leave to rise for 15 minutes. Then knead in the margarine.
- Place the dough in the fridge overnight.
- The next day braid a braid out of three strands and bake at 200° for approx. 15 minutes.
- Glaze with jam.
