ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 250 ml lukewarm soy milk
  • 70 grams of cane sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 g Margarine
  • jam for glazing

preparation

  1. Mix flour, yeast, soy milk, cane sugar and salt and leave to rise for 15 minutes. Then knead in the margarine.
  2. Place the dough in the fridge overnight.
  3. The next day braid a braid out of three strands and bake at 200° for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. Glaze with jam.
