Our healthy wraps provide you with many important vitamins and nutrients. Avocados are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D and vitamin E, among other things. Celery is a good source of potassium, vitamin C and beta-carotene. Due to the antioxidants it contains, it is said to have an anti-inflammatory effect. - 2 whole wheat wraps
- 60 g Upholstery
- 2 Avocados
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 apple
- some plain yogurt
- some salt, pepper and herbs
preparation
- Wash the lettuce leaves and cut into strips. Clean the celery and tear it finely. After washing, peel the apple and cut it into fine wedges. Peel the avocado and mix together with the natural yoghurt.
- You have to moisten the wholemeal wraps with a little water and bake them briefly so that they can be rolled up easily. Then spread the wraps with the avocado and natural yoghurt mixture and top with the prepared ingredients. Instead of the ingredients we have chosen, you can of course also think of other ingredients.
- Finally, fold the wrap up and wrap in aluminum foil. And the delicious lunch for the office is ready.
