Quick and easy to prepare: almond cake with eggnog
Baking with eggnog
Eggnog is great for baking, perfect for Easter and makes our almond cake wonderfully moist. Our recipe is quick and easy to prepare and simply tastes good to everyone!
ingredients
for 16 servings
- 100 g Butter
- 75g brown sugar
- 3 eggs (size M)
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 Jodsalz socket
- 1 vanilla bean
- 150 g ground almonds
- 150 ml eggnog
- 50 g sliced almonds
preparation
- Cream the butter with a hand mixer (beater). Stir in the sugar and then the eggs.
- Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Scrape out the vanilla bean.
- Stir in flour, ground almonds and 100 ml eggnog.
- Pour into a springform pan (Ø 26 cm, lined with baking paper), smooth out. Sprinkle with almonds and sprinkle with eggnog.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (convection: 160 degrees/gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the mold and let cool.
