- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
preparation
- Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes until hard-boiled. Meanwhile, wash and chop the vegetables.
- Fry the vegetables in a pan for a few minutes.
- Now get the eggs out of the pot, rinse, cut into thin slices and mix with the fried vegetables. Finished!
