Green and white asparagus salad with strawberries and walnut feta
Our delicious asparagus salad tastes heavenly light and is quick and easy to prepare. The icing on the cake in this recipe are the strawberries, which add a fruity note and extra vitamins.

- a handful of strawberries
- 8 sticks of white asparagus
- 8 sticks of green asparagus
- half a pack of feta cheese
- a handful of nuts
- 400 g arugula
preparation
- Wash and trim the asparagus, strawberries and arugula. Cut the ends off the asparagus. Boil the asparagus spears in salted water for about 15 minutes, drain the water and divide the spears in two. The strawberries are also divided in two.
- Cut the feta cheese into small pieces, each with a nut on top, carefully press the nut into the feta.
- Place everything in a bowl and serve with your choice of dressing .
