Pink Summer Mocktail Recipe

Are you a driver, don’t drink alcohol or just don’t feel like drinking alcohol today? Then try our Pink Summer Mocktail and convince yourself of the non-alcoholic version.

It doesn’t always have to be alcohol in the drinks and that’s exactly why we’re making our own Pink Summer Mocktail today . But what exactly are mocktails? Drinks without spirits are no longer just known as ” non-alcoholic cocktails “, but also as mocktails. The terminology defines a well-known alcoholic cocktail.

If you would like to make a mocktail yourself , then this one will surely convince you: raspberry kisses elderflower.

Ingredients for 2-3 glasses:

  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 200 ml Cranberry-Saft
  • 75 ml elderflower syrup
  • 50 g fresh raspberries
  • 1 lime for garnish
  • ice cubes
Preparation:
  1. Wash and dry the raspberries and lime. Puree the raspberries – the easiest way to do this is in a mortar or in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Pour the elderflower syrup, apple and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker with a third of the raspberry puree and seal tightly.
  3. Then shake the ingredients well in the shaker.
  4. Put the ice cubes and the remaining raspberry puree in tall glasses and fill them up with the apple-cranberry-elderberry mix from the shaker.
  5. Cut the lime into slices and decorate them on or in the glass.
  6. Tip: If you would like to drink the mocktail with alcohol, you can change the recipe by adding gin or vodka.
