- 100 g Penne
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 50 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 EL Balsamic Essig
- some salt and pepper
preparation
- Cook the noodles as usual. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes. Wash the peppers and chop them. Then peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- Cook the noodles al dente. Season the pasta with salt and pepper and then deglaze with vinegar. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the peppers, tomatoes, shallots and garlic in it.
- Then drain the noodles. Reserve 4 tablespoons of the cooking water. Let the noodles cool down and put them in a sealable container. Then refrigerate it overnight.
