  • 100 g Penne
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 50 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 EL Balsamic Essig
  • some salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Cook the noodles as usual. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes. Wash the peppers and chop them. Then peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  2. Cook the noodles al dente. Season the pasta with salt and pepper and then deglaze with vinegar. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the peppers, tomatoes, shallots and garlic in it.
  3. Then drain the noodles. Reserve 4 tablespoons of the cooking water. Let the noodles cool down and put them in a sealable container. Then refrigerate it overnight.
