FOR 4 PEOPLE (Vegetarian, Vegan )
- 500g Broccoli
- 500g Pasta (z.B. Penne)
- 3-4 red onions
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 small organic lemons
- 4 THE Rohrohrzucker
- 80g almonds
- 125g strong mountain cheese
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- fine sea salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Chiliflocken
- 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Boil plenty of water, add salt. Clean the broccoli, wash and cut into florets. Blanch for 1 minute. Drain the broccoli, reserving the water. Cook pasta in it.
- Peel onions and garlic, cut into small pieces. Wash the lemon in hot water, dry and cut into thin slices. Mix lemon and sugar . Roughly chop the almonds. Grate the cheese coarsely.
- Heat oil. Fry onions and garlic. Add lemon and sugar, caramelize 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Add broccoli and pasta, heat 3-4 minutes while stirring. Spice up. Plate up and drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with the cheese.
