Do-it-yourself: skin smoothies

These smoothies deliver beauty sip by sip: for more energy in the cells and a powerful defense thanks to antioxidants, vitamins and trace elements that support the skin in its daily work and regeneration. All natural – and super delicious! Enjoy a glass once or twice a day, preferably at breakfast and before bed.

For radiant skin

  • 1 organic apple
  • 5 grams of ginger
  • 1 cup seedless white grapes
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 TL Chiasamen
  • Agavendicksaft
  • coconut water
Quarter the apple, remove the core, peel the ginger, place in the blender with the grapes and spinach. puree. Sweeten to taste with Dicksa, top up with organic coconut water and sprinkle with chia seeds.

Cell defense cure

  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp olive oil, cold pressed
  • 125 ml carrot juice
  • 125 g soy yoghurt
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • Orange or lime juice to taste

Place the parsley and olive oil in a blender and puree until smooth, set aside. Mix together the carrot juice, yogurt, cumin, and orange or lime juice . Pour into a glass, top up with a little orange or lime juice and drizzle with the parsley oil.

Anti-free radical drink

  • 1 handful of chopped strawberries
  • 1⁄2 Avocado
  • 1 tsp grapeseed oil
  • 100 g natural goat yoghurt (e.g. from Alnatura)
  • Pomegranate juice (health food store)
  • Mark 1⁄2 vanilla bean
Put everything in the blender, puree and fill up with pomegranate juice.
