  • 125 g sunflower seeds

  • 25 g goji berries, dried
  • 25 g Sesame
  • 1 medium egg
  • 50 ml maple syrup

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Mix the maple syrup with the egg, put the almond sticks, mulberries, goji berries, sunflower seeds and sesame in a bowl and mix it with the syrup-egg mixture.
  3. Form small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet and bake the cookies in the hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
