Recipe low carb superfood biscuits
Ingredients for about 15 pieces
- 125 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g Almond pins
- 25 g mulberries, dried
- 25 g goji berries, dried
- 25 g Sesame
- 1 medium egg
- 50 ml maple syrup
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix the maple syrup with the egg, put the almond sticks, mulberries, goji berries, sunflower seeds and sesame in a bowl and mix it with the syrup-egg mixture.
- Form small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet and bake the cookies in the hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
