Recipe for low carb Raffaelo
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Difficulty: very easy
Servings: approx. 16 balls
Ingredients:
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 16 peeled almonds
- 50 g protein powder (e.g. vanilla and coconut would be suitable)
- 100 g ground almonds
- 60 g Coconut flakes
- Desiccated coconut for mixing
Preparation:
Put the low-fat quark, coconut flakes, ground almonds and egg white powder in a bowl and mix well. Form the balls from the resulting dough and insert a whole almond into each. Roll the finished balls in the grated coconut and chill the finished Raffaello for at least 4 hours. Enjoy your meal!
