Recipe low carb smoked salmon burger
Ingredients:
(For 4 servings)
- 4 burger buns or cloud bread (gluten-free!)
- 400g smoked salmon
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 TL Dill Senf
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 onions
- 8 tomato slices
- some cress
preparation
- Cut open burger buns or cloud bread.
- Spread cream cheese on the bottom roll and spread fresh herbs on top. We recommend some cress.
- Then you put a lettuce leaf on each bun.
- A layer of smoked salmon follows.
- Then you rub the salmon with some dill mustard.
- Cut the onions into rings and spread them on the burgers.
- Finally place 2 slices of tomato per burger on the onions and place the second half of the bun on top.
- Enjoy your meal!
