ARONIA-SAFT
The juice is available pure (possibly dilute with mineral water) or mixed with sea buckthorn, plum or pomegranate juice. In summer you can spice it up with cinnamon, lime zest and orange juice – and then toast with a non-alcoholic sangria.
ARONIA JAM
As a sweet spread, the berry is an ideal choice – especially in combination with regional fruits such as currants, quinces or rose hips. Or mix them with a few tablespoons of juice to create an intense fruit sauce for your next sundae.
GOOD TO KNOW
