- 100 grams of rolled oats
- 1 Banana
- 50 grams of blueberries
- 1 tbsp Chia Together
preparation
- Place the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add the blueberries, oats and chia seeds and knead well with your hands. Shape into small balls.
- Bake the balls for 15 minutes at 120 degrees. Finished!
