  • 3 small bananas
  • 70 g oat flakes
  • 2 Eggs (M)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml Mandel drink
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 150 grams of blackberries
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar for dusting

preparation

  1. Peel a banana, break it into pieces and puree until smooth in a blender together with the oatmeal, eggs, baking powder and 150 ml almond drink.
  2. Fry small, golden-brown pancakes from the mixture in a hot, coated pan in the oil.
  3. For the smoothie, rinse and wash the blackberries. Halve some blackberries and set aside for garnish. Peel the second banana, break into pieces and finely puree together with the berries, the remaining almond milk and approx. 200 ml of cold water.
  4. Peel and slice the third banana. Arrange on plates with the pancakes and remaining blackberries and dust with icing sugar. Serve with the smoothie.
