Baking without flour: pear and oatmeal pancakes
Although flour is often an important ingredient in baking, many recipes can be made without flour. A good example are our delicious pear and oatmeal pancakes, which taste particularly good for breakfast and are also healthy. The best? They are also great for people with gluten intolerance. In addition, they are also vegan. Enjoy your meal!

ingredients
- 1 pear
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 g tender whole grain oat flakes (gluten-free)
- 250 ml Mandel drink
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 4 THE Agavendicksaft
- Approx. 250 g berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Also: agave syrup for drizzling
preparation
- For the pancake batter, wash and grate the pear. Mash the banana finely with a fork. Puree the oat flakes, almond drink, baking powder, pear, banana and agave syrup and leave to soak for approx. 30 minutes.
- Wash the berries and pat dry. Heat some oil in a pan not too high (!). Put the batter in portions with a spoon into the pan (caution: the batter is very soft) and bake until golden brown pancakes. Be careful when turning! Arrange the pancakes with the berries on plates, drizzle with agave syrup and serve. Recipe: @Foodkissofficial
