  • 1 lime
  • 400 g salmon fillet (without skin)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 small cauliflower (approx. 700 g)
  • 200 g snow peas
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 100 g Physalis
  • 2 small snack cucumbers

preparation

  1. Squeeze the lime. Wash the salmon, pat dry and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Mix with soy sauce, sesame and lime juice and leave to stand for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, clean and wash the cauliflower and grate finely on the vegetable grater. Clean and wash the sugar snap peas, cut in half diagonally depending on their size. Wash and halve the physalis, wash the cucumbers and slice diagonally.
  3. Fry the cauliflower in a coated pan in hot sesame oil for approx. 5 minutes and divide into bowls. Fry the sugar snap peas in the pan until al dente, also spread over the bowls. In the same pan, cook the salmon with the marinade for approx. 2 minutes and place on the cauliflower. Divide the physalis and the cucumbers among the bowls as well.
