- Juice and zest of 1 organic orange
- 150 g whole milk yoghurt, natural
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 150 grams of sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 300 g wheat flour (Type 550)
- 2 level teaspoons baking powder
- 75g chopped pistachios
- 120g powdered sugar
- Organic orange slices and pistachio nuts for decoration

preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush the loaf tin with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. In a bowl, mix the orange zest with 2 tablespoons of orange juice, the yoghurt, oil, sugar and eggs until smooth.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder over it and mix everything with the chopped pistachios to form a smooth dough. Pour into the mold and spread evenly. Put the loaf tin in the preheated oven and bake on the middle shelf for 50-60 minutes until golden brown. do a chopstick test! Remove and let cool for 15 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool.
- For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with 2-3 teaspoons of orange juice until smooth and drizzle over the cake. Decorate with orange slices and garnish with pistachio nuts.
