Ingredients for 4 glasses (200 ml each)
- 200 grams of plums
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 THE Agavensirup
- 250 ml green tea

- Wash, halve and stone the plums. Wash lamb’s lettuce thoroughly and separate the leaves.

Hot veggie smoothie recipe
Ingredients for 2 glasses (250 ml each)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 50 g beetroot (fresh or pre-cooked)
- 1 stick of celery
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 TL Cayennepfeffer
- 150 ml boiling hot water
- Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Clean, wash and roughly chop the peppers.
- Peel and finely chop the beetroot. Wash the celery and cut into pieces with the leaves. Rinse the parsley and roughly chop with the stalks.
- Place the vegetables , parsley, lemon juice, pepper and hot water in the blender. Mix until creamy on the highest level.

- Wash and quarter the apples, remove the core. Roughly chop the apple quarters.
- Put the apple pieces in the blender with the oats , goji berries, wheat bran and 150 ml water.
- Blend all the ingredients on the highest level until the smoothie has a nice creamy consistency.
