Low carb recipe for gluten free brownies with zucchini
Ingredients for about 16 pieces
- 200 g grated Zucchini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g raw cane sugar
- 80 g almond flour
- 60 g unsweetened cocoa
- 2 TL Vanillearoma
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 50 g walnuts for sprinkling
preparation
Preheat the oven to 165 degrees.
Wash the zucchini and pat dry with kitchen paper. Then grate finely with a grater.
Mix all the ingredients together except for the walnuts and pour the mixture onto a baking tray (approx. 29×42 cm) lined with baking paper.
Now chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the dough. Then bake everything in the hot oven for about 40 minutes.
