Medicine for tension
This is how it works: With an oil massage, valuable active ingredients get under the skin: Monkshood in potentized form has soothing and pain-relieving powers. Real camphor stimulates blood circulation, rock crystal provides warmth. The soothing scent of lavender oil helps to relax stress-related tension .
Please note: If the symptoms do not improve within a week, the pain radiates to other regions or you have a severe headache , it is better to consult a doctor.
Nutrition against tension
This is how it works: Emotional stress causes us to become more tense, first internally and then externally. Serotonin, the “happiness hormone”, can counteract this. It dampens negative feelings such as fear or aggression in the brain. Serotonin is found in many foods, e.g. B. in bananas.
Please note: In order for the body to be able to produce serotonin itself, it needs tryptophan as the most important ingredient. Peas, salmon or cocoa powder (dark chocolate) are good suppliers of these valuable substances.
Complementary therapies
This is how it works: Tensions are usually related to the cold and a lack of exercise . On a physical level, heat then helps, e.g. B. with a heated cherry pit pillow or a foot bath , because warm feet clear your head. Also ensure mental balance and exercise, for example through moments of joy and “warming” encounters.
Please note: A magnesium deficiency may be present in the event of persistent symptoms, also in connection with muscle cramps in other parts of the body. Let me clarify.

Here’s how it works: “From an anthroposophical point of view, we deliberately use the oily form of administration,” explains Annette Greco, Head of Development at WALA Heilmittel GmbH. “Vegetable oils are nature’s heat carriers, and the rubbing hand also conveys warmth. The application supports the loosening and warming up of the muscles.”
Please note: “It is better to massage in small amounts several times a day than just one large one. Preheat the oil in your pocket or hand for a few minutes beforehand. The only taboo: wounds or fresh tattoos.”
