Maracujas contain plenty of vitamin C and potassium. At the same time, they are very low in calories and, combined with the other ingredients, taste extremely delicious. They can serve you visitors or enjoy alone. Best of all, a tart has only 85 calories.

ingredients

  • 5 passion fruit
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 100 grams of berries
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 EL Mehl
  • optional sweetener

preparation

  1. Halve the passion fruit, scoop out with a teaspoon and place the pulp of one passion fruit in a small bowl. Put the pulp of the remaining four passion fruits in a second bowl.
  2. Separate the eggs, put the egg whites in a tall container and beat them with a mixer until stiff. Gradually pour in 2/3 of the sugar.
  3. Put the quark, the remaining sugar, flour, egg yolks and the pulp of four passion fruit in a large bowl and mix everything into a smooth batter.
  4. Using a whisk, carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the batter and sweeten with a few drops of sweetener if you like.
  5. Place paper liners in a muffin tin, carefully pour in the batter and smooth out. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Leave the cake to cool completely in the tin on a wire rack.
  6. Wash, clean and cut the berries into small pieces. Mix with the remaining passion fruit pulp and spread over the tartlets.
