Fragrant vanilla cardamom bath foam

Close the bathroom door, leave everyday life outside – and only then immerse your toes, legs and finally your whole body in warm, pleasantly scented water: In this country, almost every third person regularly treats themselves to a bubble bath. Good for this are natural, pH-neutral ingredients that attack the skin’s protective acid layer less. And if we then apply a lot of lotion and slip into a cozy bathrobe, we can feel that good feeling for quite a while.

Ingredients:

  • 180 g liquid, unscented natural or baby soap
  • 35 g glycerin (e.g. in pharmacies)
  • 35 grams of almond oil
  • 2 vanilla shots
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey – 1 to 2 drops, if desired
  • vanilla essential oil
  • 1 to 2 drops of cardamom essential oil
  • 250 ml PET bottle (e.g. “Tuffy” with flip-top cap from www. Flaschenland.de)

Prepared:

Scoop out the seeds from the vanilla beans and, in a large bowl, mix together the liquid soap, glycerin, almond oil and honey until creamy. The vanilla pulp already gives the bath foam a delicate scent and is also well tolerated by sensitive skin . If you like it more intense, you can add a drop or two of essential vanilla oil. Then add a drop of cardamom essential oil – and add another to taste. Finally, pour everything into a clean container using a funnel.
